Catch
22 College is seeking a Recruitment and Progression Officer to recruit learners onto the study programme and support them through their journey. You will build strong links with local employers to create placements and employment opportunities, match learners to placements, and ensure they receive necessary support to succeed.
You will conduct monthly progress reviews, liaise with tutors, and help design individual learner plans.
