Whats in it for you Play a key role in shaping quality standards and site performance Lead improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business results Work closely with operations, engineering and supply chain teams Influence site-wide processes, systems and best practice Join a business committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence Opportunity to drive meaningful change within a well-established manufacturing environment Your responsibilities as Quality Manager Lead continuous improvement activities using data-driven methodologies Manage non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions Maintain and develop the Quality Management System to support business objectives Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance requirements are met Work collaboratively across departments to improve process capability and product standards Drive standardisation, performance measurement and best practice throughout the site What were looking for in a Quality Manager Previous experience within a senior quality leadership position in manufacturing Strong knowledge of structured problem-solving techniques including 8D and 5 Whys Experience using quality tools such as FMEA and control plans Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, audits and compliance processes Experience delivering continuous improvement initiatives within a production environment Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 8:30am 5:00pm Friday: 8:30am 1:30pm If you're ready to take the next step in your career as a Quality Manager, we'd love to hear from you.
