CNC Miller

Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a global aerospace precision manufacturer, is expanding and looking for a skilled CNC Miller to join their team. The role involves setting and operating multi‑axis CNC milling machines to produce high‑precision components for the aerospace industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong milling experience, be confident with machine set‑ups, and able to work to tight tolerances. Aerospace experience and knowledge of Heidenhain, Mazatrol, or Fanuc controls are advantageous but not essential.

• 4 on / 4 off – rotating days and nights (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)

• Set and operate multi‑axis CNC milling machines
• Machine high‑precision components to tight tolerances
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings
• Perform self‑inspection and quality checks
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment

• Experience setting and operating CNC milling machines (minimum 3‑axis)
• Strong background in high‑precision machining
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience in regulated industries (aerospace desirable)
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
