Quality Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing organisation seeking an experienced Quality Manager to drive robust quality performance and continuous improvement across its site.

This Quality Manager role requires a hands‑on leader with a strong background in manufacturing quality, structured problem‑solving, and process improvement.

Our client operates within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, supplying high‑quality products to a diverse customer base. With a focus on operational excellence, they are committed to continuous improvement, sustainability and building a high‑performing culture.

As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading quality improvement initiatives, strengthening process control, and embedding a “right first time” culture. The Quality Manager will work cross‑functionally with operations, engineering and supply chain to reduce variation, eliminate waste and improve overall production capability.

• Lead continuous improvement activities using data‑driven methodologies
• Manage non‑conformance, root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance
• Collaborate across functions to improve process capability and quality performance
• Drive standardisation, KPIs and quality best practice across the site

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a senior quality role within manufacturing
• Strong problem‑solving skills (e.g. 8D, 5 Whys, root cause analysis)
• Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA and control plans
• Experience with audits, QMS and continuous improvement methods
  
  Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability
