Maintenance Technician (Mobile Facilities)

We're hiring a Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of commercial office buildings. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in building maintenance, HVAC support, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs who enjoys working independently and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• Replace lighting, filters, belts, and other building components
• Complete facility inspections and safety assessments
• Perform general interior and exterior repairs
• Respond to tenant service requests and work orders
• Accurately document completed work using a CMMS

Qualifications

• 1+ years of building maintenance or facilities experience
• Basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge
• Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work from ladders
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Work Environment

This is a mobile, field-based position supporting commercial office properties. Work includes travel between local sites, indoor and outdoor maintenance activities, ladder work, lifting, bending, kneeling, and working in varying weather conditions. The role is tenant-facing and requires a professional approach, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work independently.

This is a Contract position based out of Conshohocken, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
