Job Description

• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (may volunteer occasional Saturday based on patient needs)
• Position:

• Immediate start; hiring immediately.
• Experience is a plus (not required): childcare (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor), mental‑health roles (QMHP, behavioral health technician), camp counselor, paraprofessional, caregiver, life‑skill assistant.

• High School/Associate’s Degree: $15.00 – $22.50 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $15.00 – $24.00 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $16.00 – $26.00 per hour
• First raise after obtaining RBT certification (usually within 3 weeks).

• Work one‑on‑one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans, collect data, and communicate with your team.
• Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities.
• Stay active during sessions to keep children engaged.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space.
• Be part of a supportive, mission‑driven team that celebrates progress and growth.

• Lift up to 30 lbs.
• Sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children.
• Frequent get‑on/get‑off the floor.
• Maintain an active pace throughout the day.
• Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe.
• At least 18 years old.
• High‑school diploma or GED.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Commit to completing paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Commitment to ABC’s core value of teamwork; may occasionally support a nearby sister clinic.
