The Dining Room Team Leader works under the general direction of the Dining Room Manager or Director and is responsible for delivering exceptional service to all dining room patrons in alignment with established Client and Dining Contractor standards. This role supervises and mentors dining room wait staff in the setup and service of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events. The Team Leader trains new employees, ensures adherence to Client, Dining Contractor, and regulatory policies, and resolves customer concerns in a friendly, professional manner while providing follow-up reporting to managers and supervisors.
Core work hours are varied, with rotating days and shifts—including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Special events or assignments may require additional hours.

Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of computers, touch screen systems, and the Microsoft Office suite of products.
