Are you a degreed (in accounting) and experienced Tax Accountant who is ready to make a change? As tax season is wrapping up, now is the perfect time to look at other employment opportunities and take your career to the next level.

• We are seeking degreed accountants with recent public accounting experience.
• Licensed accountants (CPAs) are preferred.
• We also have a CPA program to help you become a licensed, certified public accountant.
• If successful, then Bell & Company will have paid all expenses; a passing bonus and pay raise.
• Having your license opens up even more opportunities to take your career to the next level and beyond.
• Depending upon your experience and whether or not you hold an active CPA license will determine the opening for which you are qualified.

• An accountant will prepare tax returns, do bookkeeping, quarterly filings, annual items such as W-2’s and 1099’s among other duties.
• We do individual (1040) returns but really focus more on business returns.
• Having a wide variety of businesses as clients, an accountant will have opportunity to gain priceless knowledge and experience.
• We expect our people to do their best, work efficiently and accurately; represent Bell & Company professionally in our community.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients and coworkers.
• Keep up with the changing tax laws and industry standards in order to be prepared to serve our clients.

As part of your total compensation package, we offer a compliment of benefits to include paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), paid health/dental/vision insurance plus more. Salary for Staff Accountants range from $55,000-$90,000+ (with a CPA).
