Mailroom Specialist

* Description
* We are seeking a detail-oriented Mailroom Specialist to support the scanning and classification of medical claims into our internal systems. This role is essential to ensuring the timely and accurate processing of incoming documentation.

* Receive and scan incoming paper medical claims.

* Accurately classify claims to ensure proper routing within internal systems.

* Enter scanned claims with precision and attention to detail.

* Ensure all claims are properly documented and accessible for downstream processing.

* Handle and lift mail items up to 25 lbs, including boxes and envelopes; remove staples, paperclips, and other fasteners as needed.

* Note:

This is a true mailroom environment. Gloves, staple removers, and other tools will be provided. Candidates must be comfortable with the physical aspects of the role.

* Communicate effectively using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any classification or routing issues.

* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Conway, AR.

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
