Crain Kia of Conway is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles on our lot are clean, polished, and showroom-ready. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of appearance and quality that our customers expect.

• Wash, wax, and polish vehicles to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets, seats, and upholstery as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for any cosmetic defects and report any issues to management.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order.
• Ensure all vehicles are prepared and ready for customer delivery or display.
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations related to vehicle detailing.

• Previous experience as a Detailer or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques for vehicle detailing.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
