Role: Inpatient hospital physician providing consults and outpatient procedures, with a focus on endoscopy.
Responsibilities Include- Performing 2-5 inpatient consults and 10-12 procedures daily
- Conducting endoscopic procedures such as EGD, colonoscopy, banding, PEG tube placement, esophageal dilation, foreign body removal, and sigmoidoscopy
- Working in a hospital setting with outpatient procedures
- Must have experience in endoscopy procedures
- Ability to handle inpatient consults and outpatient interventions
- Strong procedural skills and clinical expertise in gastroenterology
Key duties: Provide high-quality patient care, perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and collaborate with hospital staff. The role offers a flexible schedule, with no call, and a temp-to-perm opportunity.
