Mental Health Technician - Haven In Conway; Part-time

About the Role

Arisa Health is seeking Mental Health Technician candidates to join the residential program "Haven" for girls in Conway, Arkansas. The role is part‑time, non‑exempt (hourly).

• Support and supervise adolescent girls living in the residential treatment program.
• Utilize computer skills to document and communicate care plans.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed.

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• College students studying psychology or a related field encouraged.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds, stay on feet for the majority of the shift, climb stairs, and sit at a desk to type.
• Good computer, leadership, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Patient, consistent, flexible, and capable of working in a team and independently.
• Minimum age 21.

• Saturday and Sunday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Monday – Wednesday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
