Regional Human Resource Manager

• Oversee HR Functions:
  
  Manage staffing, training, scheduling, and employee relations for regional stores.
• Customer Service and Diversity:
  
  Ensure that stores meet customer service requirements and diversity standards.
• Talent Acquisition:
  
  Support initiatives in recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and training high-caliber store personnel.
• Professional Relationships:
  
  Build and maintain relationships with trade schools, military job placement centers, and employment agencies.
• Risk & Safety Management:
  
  Monitor and assist in managing risk and safety activities.
• Compliance:
  
  Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
• Advisory Role:
  
  Advise the Regional Manager on HR-related matters and help develop annual business plans.
• Investigations:
  
  Investigate complaints and concerns in a timely manner.

• Experience:
  
  1-2 years of experience in multi-unit/field HR management, preferably in the retail industry, managing HR functions for a company with 200+ employees.

• Bachelor's Degree (BA, BS).
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SHRM Certification is a plus.
