Systems Coordinator

Student Mobilization is seeking a Systems Coordinator as an hourly position to primarily assist in the administration and support of Rock RMS for Stu Mo giving, programs, and events. This role can be on-site in Conway, AR, hybrid, or fully remote. A preference for full-time is given, although part-time is also considered. If full-time, this position includes benefits and PTO.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead Rock RMS administration from a functional perspective (coordinating with IT Director from a technical perspective). Proper training on Rock will be provided; no prior experience is required..

• Configure regional events, working with regional Project Managers to gather details and set up event registrations/payments within Rock
• Deliver data views and reports from Rock as needed by different stakeholders
• Provide giving assistance related to Rock RMS and My Well. Be able to understand the entire process of transaction processing and how it relates to Rock. Work with the Giving Coordinator to troubleshoot giving issues alongside the IT Director
• Work with Divine Tech Solutions to provide project requirements and track progress for enhancements, improvements, and bug fixes to Rock RMS. Test enhancements, improvements, and big fixes as they are deployed
• Be the point person for Stu Mo Go (trip platform) functional/administrative issues to support regional and campus staff
• Be the point person for the Staff Portal in Rock, troubleshooting access and permission issues and helping add resources over time
• Learn Rock security and perform annual audits of administrators
• Create trainings and documentation for different aspects of Rock:
  Stu Mo Go, SMC Discount Codes, Staff Portal, etc.
• Attend the annual Rock RMS Conference in Phoenix to receive training on Rock, network with the Rock community, and learn the newest features of Rock

If Rock administration is sufficient, potentially learn and understand other Stu Mo national platforms with the purpose of supporting and training staff. Work with the Communications Coordinator on staff training and communications

If interested, assist the IT Director with basic IT tasks, such as Office 365 issues, local device troubleshooting, security/multi-factor issues, etc.

• Ability to manipulate and create media for training and documentation purposes
