IT Site Admin

Our client is searching for a Site Support IT Admin in Conway, Arkansas.

This position is a long-term contract that may lead to full-time employment down the road.

Our client is seeking an onsite Site Admin/Endpoint Support Specialist to support their location in Conway. This individual will be responsible for provisioning and supporting endpoint devices for engineers, configuring PCs for test stations and equipment, managing permissions and software installs, and delivering hightouch (white glove) support in a fast-growing engineering environment.

Configure and provision endpoint devices for engineers based on role and admin rights

Install, manage, and troubleshoot software and permissions

Support PCs connected to engineering test equipment

Provide handson, onsite support for engineers and lab/testing environments

Understand when to resolve issues independently vs. elevate to network/security teams

IT/OT environment exposure

Networking fundamentals (enough to ask the right questions)

Workflow documentation and process improvement

Remote access tools and secure file transfers

This is a Contract position based out of Conway, AR.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
