Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

We’re looking for a driven and organized Field Operations Manager to lead daily production operations, optimize team performance, and ensure every project is completed with excellence.

At SERVPRO, we help people recover from fire, water, and storm damage when they need it most. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong leadership skills with operational expertise and enjoys solving problems in real time while developing high-performing teams.

• Lead Daily Field Operations
• Ensure Job Quality & Compliance

• Lead Through Accountability

• Leadership experience managing field teams or operations
• Strong scheduling, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience tracking performance metrics and improving efficiency
• Strong communication and accountability skills
• Comfortable using scheduling and operations software
• Restoration, construction, or service industry experience preferred
