Penmac Staffing is seeking a Production Worker in Conway, AR to support daily manufacturing operations in a non-climate‑controlled facility. This is a full‑time position with a Monday–Friday schedule and overtime as needed.
You will operate production equipment, perform assembly tasks, inspect products for quality, and follow all safety procedures. Candidates should have at least 1 year of heavy industrial manufacturing experience and be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
