Virco Company's Conway Plant is seeking a Production Associate for the 2nd shift in the Compression Molding Dept. On the floor, you’ll perform diversified assembly and manufacturing tasks across lines, set up tools, and help operate automatic and semi-automatic machinery under supervision.
You will inspect products for quality, follow safety rules, and work with a team to meet production schedules. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and endure a long shift is required.
