Primary Responsibilities:

Complete and pass all sections of the Caesars Advanced Rating and Development System (CARDS) training within 60 days of hire.

Serve customers by preparing and completing orders efficiently and accurately.

Ensure high-quality products are served according to company standards.

Maintain proper appearance and adhere to grooming, uniform, and hygiene standards.

Clean and organize restaurant spaces and equipment.

Follow cash handling and safety procedures.

Perform duties related to revenue, food, paper, labor, and operating cost controls.

Assist with opening, operating, and closing procedures.

Handle unexpected events and notify management promptly.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.
Basic math and reading skills.
Dependable, hardworking, able to work under pressure.
Meet background verification requirements and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Physical and Skill Requirements:

Lift and move up to 55 lbs.
Operate equipment safely and correctly.
Work outside with a sign (Shakerboard).
Apply pressure for cutting and cleaning tasks.
Count, weigh, and handle food and inventory items.
Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
Understand and follow instructions and training materials.
Pass required training programs for certification.
