The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, subject to business needs.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues, offering solutions.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store measurements and inventory counts, including cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Executing store price changes and signage installation accurately and timely.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Understand needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensuring customers have a distinguished shopping experience.
• Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor areas on hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Adherence to safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Move throughout the store efficiently and safely.
• Effective communication skills.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training successfully.
