The Good Feet Store is searching for an energetic, results‑oriented Store Manager that desires a long‑term career in sales, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. The Store Manager will support the day‑to‑day operations of our organization and must be a quick learner, team player, have a friendly demeanor, and a “can do” attitude.

• Manage the overall operations, maintenance, and morale of the store
• Coordinate store operations by organizing priorities to accomplish sales and profit goals
• Train sales associates using company‑provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations, and performance goals
• Participate in monthly P&L review
• Create exceptional shopping experiences and lead by example
• Support store with system processing, inventory, and chargebacks
• Resolve customer service issues

• 2+ years of experience in retail/sales
• 1+ years of experience managing a team
• Proven customer service skills required
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Able to multi‑task, think creatively and learn quickly
