Commercial Sales Representative – Commercial Tire & Mechanical
Industry Experience Required

Snider Fleet Solutions (SFS) is one of the largest commercial tire dealers and retread service providers in the nation, supporting fleets and commercial customers with tire programs, mechanical services, and 24/7 roadside solutions across multiple markets.

We are hiring an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to sell commercial tires, mechanical services, and fleet solutions
. This is not an entry-level role
. Prior industry experience is required. This position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission with strong earning potential.

• Sell commercial tire programs and mechanical services to fleet and commercial customers
• Develop new business and grow existing accounts
• Build long-term customer relationships and increase revenue
• Partner with branch operations to support service delivery

• Base salary +
  uncapped commission
• Take home company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone

• Training, mentorship, and qualified leads provided

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in commercial tire, mechanical, or fleet services
• Proven success selling tire programs, mechanical services, or fleet solutions
• Strong new business development and account management skills
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening
