Sales Trainee

. This training role prepares the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager position, supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury or any special projects as needed.

The Sales Trainee (ST) will support sales, merchandising and operations for all large and small format “off-premise” stores, maintaining customer relationships in a safe, productive and professional manner in compliance with Red Bull executional standards.

Upon successful completion of the training program, the ST is eligible to interview for open Account Sales Manager roles. The ST may remain in the training role for up to 12 months, or until an ASM or other qualified role is available. The role is at-will, allowing termination by either party at any time.

Understand the basics of Red Bull and the brand, build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and brand flow, and establish friendly, professional relationships with customers to increase sales.

Obtain all tools (insights, displays, Point of Sale, pricing, etc.) to execute the daily plan and communicate effectively with ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities.

Cover ASM routes as needed, meeting daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts and merchandising.

Assist the team with audits, blitzes, display building and merchandising to drive sales; perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
• Minimum age 21.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English proficiency; additional languages an advantage.
