• Develop and manage a specific Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) territory to increase market share
• Drive sales of surgical products to ASC customers through effective strategy development and account targeting
• Respond to customer concerns in a timely manner and communicate issues to appropriate departments
• Plan and implement strategies using company programs and resources to enhance market share
• Coordinate sales activities with various team members to meet customer needs

• Must hold a valid driver's license
• Minimum of 0-2 years of field sales experience
• High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills

• Healthcare knowledge is preferred but not required
• Operating Room (O.R.) experience is preferred but not required
• Goal-oriented with effective time management skills
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Ability to build partnerships at all levels within the company and externally
