Youth Villages seeks a dedicated In-Home Counselor/Social Worker to support the Intercept program, delivering in-home, strength-based interventions to families with youth from birth to 18. You will manage a caseload of 4–6 families, provide sessions several times weekly, and collaborate with courts and providers to create individualized plans.
The role requires driving to families, documentation in EMR, and participation in regular professional development meetings.
