Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach

Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program focused on character development and fun for ages 2–10. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. Our goal is to provide a beloved growth experience for every child and a remarkable experience for every family.

Soccer Shots is the nationally recognized leader in youth soccer development. We offer a fun, age-appropriate introduction to soccer through an innovative curriculum that emphasizes skill-building, teamwork, confidence, and character. Our mission is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.

The ideal candidate is available:

• Monday–Saturday mornings, and/or
• Monday–Thursday evenings

• Winter/Spring:
  Jan– end of May
• Summer: mid-June – mid-August
• Fall:
  September – mid-December

• Lead 30–45 minute sessions using our curriculum (training provided)
• Bring high energy, positivity, and fun to every class
• Travel to partner sites (childcare, preschools, community centers, parks)
• Communicate professionally with Leadership Team, families, and site staff
• Ensure each session is safe, organized, and engaging

• $20 hour starting rate with advancement opportunities
• Paid training in Soccer Shots curriculum
• Provided equipment, uniform, and teaching materials
• Supportive, team-oriented environment

• Prior soccer experience not required—just a passion for working with children
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to commit to multiple consecutive seasons
