Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach at Soccer Shots Franchising

Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program focused on character development and fun for ages 2–10. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best‑in‑class coaching, curriculum, and communication. Our goal is to provide a beloved growth experience for every child and a remarkable experience for every family.

• Monday–Saturday mornings, and/or
• Monday–Thursday evenings

Coaches typically work 1–3 days per week and under 15 hours per week.

This is a part‑time, seasonal position with opportunities to return each season.

• Winter/Spring:
  Jan–end of May
• Summer: mid‑June – mid‑August
• Fall:
  September – mid‑December

• Lead 30–45 minute sessions using our curriculum (training provided)
• Bring high energy, positivity, and fun to every class
• Travel to partner sites (child cares, preschools, community centers, parks)
• Communicate professionally with the Leadership Team, families, and site staff
• Ensure each session is safe, organized, and engaging

• $20 per hour starting rate with advancement opportunities
• Paid training in the Soccer Shots curriculum
• Provided equipment, uniform, and teaching materials

• Prior soccer experience not required—just a passion for working with children
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to commit to multiple consecutive seasons
