Inventory Coordinator – Holman Logistics

Purpose
Coordinate all inventory functions within the warehouse to ensure accurate physical counts, record keeping, and timely cycle counts.

Responsibilities
  • Record inventory data manually or using computer systems.
  • Verify inventory computations by comparing physical counts to recorded stock and investigate discrepancies.
  • Maintain records of inventory usage, damage, and shortages.
  • Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report damage to supervisors.
  • Aid or direct team members on inventory maintenance and order of safety.
  • Operate trucks or scooters to conduct inventory and bay audits.
  • Prepare and maintain inventory reports of shortages, shipments, and cycle counts.
  • Plan, design, and improve traffic control systems in the warehouse to enhance space planning and efficiency.
  • Housekeeping of department areas.
  • Perform all duties in conformance to safety and security standards.
Qualifications & Competencies
  • Attendance – Ability to work required schedule, arrive on time, and work voluntary/mandatory overtime during peak season.
  • Communication – Effectively communicate in writing and verbally in a courteous and professional manner.

Skills & Experience

Education
High School Graduate or GED

Experience
1–2 years of related inventory or warehouse experience

Computer Skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and internal computer systems

Employment Details
