Horry County School District is offering a unique opportunity for qualified candidates to serve as school building administrator substitutes during the  school year. This general posting is designed to create a pool of applicants who can step into these roles as and when they become available throughout the school year.

If you wish to be considered for any school administrator substitute opportunity during the  school year, please apply to this general posting. As opportunities arise, we will reach out to candidates based on their experience and availability. Our District Leadership will be in touch with those selected for consideration. The length of the assignment may vary from short-term to long-term, depending on the need.

The pay rate is contingent on the assignment (based on the  schedule).

• Three letters of recommendation, including the most recent supervisor.
• Submission of the South Carolina Principal Certification. These documents should be uploaded to the application.
• Applicants who pass the initial screening process will be invited to participate in an interview.
