An exceptional leadership opportunity for a Board-Certified Hematologist/Oncologist to serve as Physician Director of Cancer Care at one of South Carolina's most trusted and innovative community health systems. This position offers the chance to shape the future of oncology services within a growing regional network while maintaining an active clinical practice.About the Position-Lead a well-established oncology program into its next phase of growth-Integrate world-class patient care, program development, and strategic planning-Diagnose and treat a wide range of cancer and blood disorders-Mentor physicians, APPs, and oncology nurses within a multidisciplinary setting-Collaborate with hospital leadership and Duke Cancer Network experts-Enhance clinic workflows, quality standards, and patient outcomes-Develop new treatment services and community outreach initiatives-Standard outpatient schedule, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm-Protected administrative time (8+ hours per week)-Shared 1:4 call rotation supported by after-hours nurse triage-Team includes 4 physicians, 3 APPs, and specialized oncology nurses-EMR:
