As a Before & After Care Worker, you will assist in maintaining an orderly, safe, and pleasant atmosphere in the cafeteria, playground, and other designated locations by helping and supervising students during authorized before or after school programs in accordance with CSUSA policy and established school procedures.

• Maintain a professional manner and provide excellent customer service in the public eye.
• Resolve conflicts with children and parents, remaining firm but friendly and courteous.
• Follow proper student sign‑in and dismissal procedures for both before and after care.
• Monitor students, supervise play, pass out snacks, and facilitate homework assistance.
• Play with students on the playground and assist with homework as needed.

• High school diploma or higher education credential.
• Previous experience as a daycare assistant or summer camp counselor preferred.
• Must like children and have a commitment to company values.
• Other alternatives acceptable as determined by CSUSA.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

• Usual school working conditions.
• May be noisy during high student traffic.

• No physical exertion required.
• Somewhat stressful due to frequent student activity.
• Light work: may exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds of force as needed to move objects.

Job is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
