E. Craig Wall Sr. College of Business Administration at Coastal Carolina University invites applicants for a full‑time tenure‑track position in the Department of Management and Decision Sciences at the Assistant/Associate Professor level, beginning Fall 2026. The individual hired for this position will have responsibilities in teaching, research, and service. The expected teaching areas for this colleague will be in operations management, with a secondary teaching area in business statistics or decision analysis.

The typical teaching load is three courses per semester. Course delivery modalities may include face‑to‑face, hybrid, and/or online. In addition to teaching responsibilities, the successful candidate will be required to engage in scholarship that results in quality publications. The position also requires service activities on behalf of the college, university, community and profession consistent with those expected of an Assistant/Associate professor.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. or D.B.A. from an AACSB accredited institution in operations management, supply chain management, management science or a related discipline. A.B.D. candidates with a clear plan for completion by August 2026 are also encouraged to apply. A candidate with a completed Ph.D./D.B.A. must have a consistent record of publication in quality refereed journals.
