• Prefer 1,000 hours of long‑term care with geriatric or chronically ill persons. Exceptions for recently licensed CNAs or PCAs, or for those who cared for family members or provided companionship and housekeeping services.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
• Must have reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Pass a criminal background check (national and state‑required) and a drug screen.
• This role is classified as a safety‑sensitive position and subject to applicable state and federal regulations.

At this time Home Well Care Services does not require applicants or employees to be vaccinated against COVID‑19. Some clients may request fully vaccinated caregivers, and future government regulations may require vaccinations.
