Join our team at Health Care Partners of South Carolina as the Chief Operations Officer (COO). Health Care Partners of South Carolina is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) serving Horry, Marion and Florence counties in South Carolina. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic planning of the healthcare center. This position will work closely with the executive team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services to local communities.

This role will involve leading and managing various departments and functions within the organization including but not limited to Revenue Cycle, Customer Service (Front Desk, Call Center), Quality Management, Care Coordination, Information Technology, Data Analytics and the development, implementation and monitoring of all related compliance and risk management programs.

The COO will play a crucial role in developing and implementing policies and procedures to optimize operational performance and enhance patient care. The Chief Operations Officer will be expected to drive innovation, foster a culture of collaboration, and uphold the mission and values of Health Care Partners of South Carolina. A demonstrated history of strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and a deep understanding of healthcare administrative and clinical operations preferably in an FQHC are essential for success in this role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related health care field (Master's degree preferred)

  • Proven track record of successful leadership in a complex healthcare environment
