CNC Lathe Machinist

We are a statewide law firm dedicated to protecting rights and representing the interests of low-income South Carolinians. Our team provides high-quality civil legal services and advocacy to ensure equal access to justice.

As an Attorney, you will provide a wide range of civil legal representation, advocacy, and outreach to individuals and families across South Carolina. Primary areas of focus include:

• Housing
• Family law
• Consumer protection
• Education
• Public benefits

Depending on client needs, you may also work in other priority areas. Litigation experience is preferred, along with the ability to use a broad range of advocacy tools, including community education presentations.

This role requires participation in outreach activities and may occasionally involve evening/weekend work and statewide travel.

• Must be a member of the South Carolina Bar
• Knowledge of Civil Procedure, Rules of Evidence, Family Court Rules, and Appellate Procedure
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Commitment to public interest/poverty law and working with diverse communities
