We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Director of Patient Care Services (RN Clinical Director) to lead clinical operations within a high-quality hospice and palliative care program. In this full-time leadership role, you will blend clinical expertise with operational leadership to support staff, guide patient care, and ensure families receive exceptional service.

• Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM
• Full‑time leadership position with 24/7 accountability for assigned service areas
• Rotating management call schedule, with occasional evening/weekend responsibilities
• Direct reports: RNs, LPNs, and Nurse Aides
• Indirect oversight:
  Chaplain, Social Worker, Nurse Liaison
• Collaboration with Nurse Practitioners and Medical Director
• Outpatient in‑home hospice census; inpatient care center onsite
• Eligible for 10% annual leadership incentive program
• Relocation assistance will be available

• Lead clinical operations to ensure high-quality, compliant hospice services
• Supervise, guide, and support clinical staff
• Lead Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings and coordinate care plans
• Partner with admissions and clinical colleagues to support seamless patient care
• Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop team members
• Monitor budgets and promote resource efficiency
• Act as liaison to hospitals, facilities, and community partners
• Promote a culture of compassion, collaboration, and excellence
• Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Support and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for patients, families, and staff
• Maintain effective communication with physicians, referral sources, and partners

• RN degree (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in South Carolina
• Minimum 3 years acute care nursing experience
• Minimum 3 years management experience (acute care, home care, or residential care preferred)

• BSN or Master's degree
• Hospice or palliative care experience

• Collaborative, people-focused leaders
• Strong communicators with excellent problem‑solving skills
• Able to balance strategic planning with hands‑on leadership
• Passionate about providing care with dignity, respect, and compassion
