Caris Healthcare is seeking a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care in the patient’s home under RN supervision. This PRN role supports home health aides and contributes to the interdisciplinary care plan to ensure compassionate hospice services.
The LPN will observe and document patient status, perform supervised procedures, and participate in on-call rotations. A state LPN license and at least one year of nursing experience are required.
