As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Coastal Carolina store located at 201 Graduate Rd Conway SC 29526
, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You are the front‑line point person interacting with our customers and you also bake all of our awesome warm and delicious cookies.

• Promptly greet guests and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Deliver a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and serve ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role – preferred
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer‑service focused and willing to exceed guest expectations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
