The Ohio Community of WM is looking for a lead technician to become an integral part of our maintenance team. Bring your experience in providing safe, quality service on heavy‑duty equipment and help us keep our trucks Musa.

• Starting salary of $28–$36 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Stable hours for predictable income
• Tool allowance of $400 quarterly
• Boot allowance of $150 twice a year

• Monday – Friday, 5:30 am to 4:00 pm (no weekends)
• Repair/maintenance shop at the Conway, S.C. hauling site

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
• Estimate time and material costs for vehicle repairs and replacement parts.
• Complete all work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs).
• Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns.

• Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage and repair times.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area that meets corporate and OSHA standards.
Qualifications
• 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to perform required tasks, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment drug screening and physical exam.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing; constant standing, walking, and grasping.
• Occasional sitting and balancing.
• Exposure to cuts, burns, and chemical agents.
• Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes.
• Operations in permanecer garage and outdoor environments, including inclement weather Asi.
