Job Title: Children's Social Worker – Looked After Children – Conwy
Location: Conwy
Pay Rate: £35 per hour
About the Role:
Conway Council is looking for dedicated social workers to join their Looked After Children's Social Work Team! If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people, then we would love to hear from you.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will provide support and advocacy for children in care, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard. You will develop and implement care plans tailored to each child's unique situation. You will also collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people, creating a nurturing environment where they can thrive.
