Site Supervisor

North Wales | Field Based
£40,563 per annum, pro rata
37 hours per week | Monday–Friday between 8am–4.30pm
No weekends

The successful candidate will be employed by Clwyd Alyn Housing Association and seconded into Onnen, joining a partnership delivering retrofit and decarbonisation works across North Wales.

Onnen is a partnership focused on delivering retrofit and decarbonisation works across North Wales, helping improve the energy efficiency, comfort and sustainability of homes within local communities.

Working alongside partners including Clwyd Alyn Housing Association, Onnen is helping shape greener, warmer homes for the future while creating long-term investment across the region.

About the Role

As Site Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day delivery of retrofit works across occupied and void properties, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You’ll coordinate subcontractors and trades on site, monitor progress, maintain health and safety standards, carry out quality inspections, and support residents throughout the works.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone organised, proactive and confident leading activity on site.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing day-to-day site activity and subcontractors
  • Monitoring retrofit installations and site progress
  • Carrying out health & safety checks and toolbox talks
  • Completing quality inspections and snagging checks
  • Maintaining accurate site records and updates
  • Supporting residents professionally during works
  • Ensuring sites remain safe, clean and organised
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a site supervisory role within construction, housing, maintenance or retrofit
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades
  • Good understanding of site health & safety responsibilities
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

  • PAS
    2035 experience
  • SSSTS, CSCS or First Aid qualification
  • Construction qualification or trade background
