United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee commercial and new build housing projects across the North Wales coast, particularly in Conwy and Gwynedd. This role requires a proactive individual who can run sites autonomously, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a background in main contracting, particularly in commercial builds, and experience in supervising site teams. Experience with projects valued between £250k and £1.5m is preferred.
