Call Centre Advisor

We’re looking for a Call Centre Advisor to join a well-established organisation in Llandudno.

You’ll become part of a friendly and supportive team, with the opportunity to build on your customer service skills while gaining valuable experience within a professional office environment.

In the Call Centre Advisor role, you will be:

• Respond to customer enquiries across a variety of channels, including telephone, email, Live Chat and SMS
• Book, amend and manage customer appointments, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
• Make proactive outbound calls to help optimise appointment schedules and promote relevant offers
• Accurately update customer records and interactions using the CRM system
• Provide a consistently professional, empathetic and high-quality customer experience
• Handle a range of enquiries, including more sensitive or challenging conversations, with patience and professionalism

To be successful in the Call Centre Advisor role, you will need:

• Previous experience within customer service, contact centre or a similar customer-focused environment
• Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• A calm and professional approach, with the ability to remain solution-focused in a busy environment
• A confident and professional telephone manner, including the ability to handle sensitive or complaint-based calls
• Excellent communication skills, with empathy and patience when supporting customers who may have communication difficulties
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern

This is a temporary position for approximately two months initially, offering full-time hours on a four-week rotating shift pattern, including one Saturday per month.

You’ll be based in modern, accessible offices in Llandudno, with an hourly rate of £12.71 per hour, plus weekly pay and holiday accrual.
