Involve Recruitment is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager (CEM) to oversee engineering delivery on key rail infrastructure projects in Wales. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Network Rail standards and leading engineering assurance throughout various Design & Build initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong civil engineering background, relevant experience in rail, and excellent stakeholder management skills. A degree in Civil Engineering and Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it) are essential for this role.
