Care Tech is recruiting a Support Worker to join our service in Llandudno, Conwy. You will deliver person-centred support to adults with mental health needs, autism and other needs, following individual support plans and assisting with daily living skills.
This permanent, full-time role is 37.5 hours per week on a rota that includes evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. Welsh speaking candidates are encouraged, and DBS is provided.
