Are you an experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step into your first Registered Manager position? Or perhaps you're already a Registered Manager looking for a stable, successful home where you can focus on quality rather than turnaround?
We're working with a highly regarded care provider to recruit a Registered Manager for a small residential care home in Llanrwst.
This is a rare opportunity to inherit a service that is already performing exceptionally well. The home benefits from full occupancy, a fully staffed team, an excellent reputation within the local community, and strong CIW inspection outcomes. With solid foundations already in place, this role offers the opportunity to lead an established team and continue delivering outstanding care for residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide effective leadership and day-to-day management of the home
* Maintain high standards of care, compliance, and resident wellbeing
* Lead, motivate, and develop an established staff team
* Ensure continued compliance with CIW regulations and best practice
* Build positive relationships with residents, relatives, professionals, and stakeholders
* Drive a positive culture focused on person-centred care and continuous improvement
* Oversee occupancy, budgets, and operational performance
About You
* Current Registered Manager experience within a care home setting, or
* Experienced Deputy Manager looking to step into their first Registered Manager role
* Strong knowledge of CIW regulations and care standards
* Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
* Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
* Committed to maintaining and enhancing an already successful service
