Starting £12.21 per hour, with opportunity to increase to £12.62 once upskilled

We are recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client. This role is an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity based in Conwy, offering structured shifts and a pathway for development. Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, Shift Production Manager, Supervisors, and Senior Production Operatives, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality production outputs while maintaining efficiency and quality standards.

• Production & Daily Operations: coordinate daily production orders; monitor stock levels (trays/boxes); follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); maintain awareness of allergens and prevent cross-contamination.
• Product Quality: ensure all products meet specification and quality standards.
• Maintenance & Operational Support: report any machine or line issues to the Production Manager/Line Leaders; complete all required documentation accurately; undertake training to maintain and improve skill sets; contribute to reducing waste in raw materials and packaging.

• Experience &
  
  Qualifications:
  
  previous experience in production within food manufacturing desirable, particularly meat, chilled, frozen, or retail sectors; food hygiene qualification desirable.
