The Community Wellbeing Officer
: Dementia Aware Conwy
Fixed term until 31/03/2027 (subject to continued funding) funded by Regional Integration Fund. The role will work alongside communities, voluntary organisations, businesses and public sector partners to help make Conwy a more dementia-aware county. In addition to support activities in Denbighshire where necessary.
The role will empower local people to develop sustainable community-led initiatives, strengthen partnerships, improve awareness of dementia and connect people with the support they need.
(Any appointment will be made subject to eligibility to work in the UK, DBS checks, provision of supporting references, qualification checks and a clean driving licence with business insurance.)
