We are looking for a skilled and passionate Deputy Head Chef to support the Head Chef in running a dynamic kitchen, delivering high-quality dishes, and inspiring a hardworking team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and delivery of innovative, seasonal dishes.
Lead, motivate, and train kitchen staff.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Support stock management, ordering, and cost control. Requirements:

Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a leadership role.
Strong culinary skills and creativity.
Excellent team management and communication skills.
