The role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 per year plus tips. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Deputy Head Chef to support the Head Chef in running a dynamic kitchen, delivering high-quality dishes, and inspiring a hardworking team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and delivery of innovative, seasonal dishes.
- Lead, motivate, and train kitchen staff.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Support stock management, ordering, and cost control.
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a leadership role.
- Strong culinary skills and creativity.
- Excellent team management and communication skills.
